We don't collect your data. The app stores everything on your iPhone and your personal iCloud account. There is no server, no account, no analytics, no tracking.
If you enable the optional "Sync with Apple Health" setting, the app writes completed workouts (type, duration, total volume, estimated calories) into your Health database. The app also reads workouts it previously wrote — scoped to its own source only — so it can update them when you change your body weight or other inputs. It never reads workouts other apps created.
All of this data stays on your device under your control via Apple's
Health permissions. You can revoke access at any time in
iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Fitness Impact.
Export. Settings → Export Data gives you every byte the app holds as a JSON file.
Delete. Settings → Reset All Data deletes everything from your device and from your iCloud key-value store. There is nothing for us to delete on our side because we never had a copy.
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
If you choose to send anonymous crash reports to Apple via
iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements,
those reports go to Apple, not to us. We receive only the anonymous
aggregated reports Apple surfaces in developer tools.
If the app ever starts collecting anything new, we will update this page and note the change in a release note. We will not retroactively apply any new collection policy to data already on your device.
